Training Sessions for running fitness:

Training sessions to improve your running fitness which will include: speed, interval and hill training, in order to improve your strength, speed and stamina.

These sessions are 1hr and £8 each but spaces are limited so please book in advance.

Get me started: 

The Get Me Started course, designed by England Athletics, is suitable for those new to running as well as runners coming back from injury, illness or a period of inactivity. By the end of the course, you should be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping, preparing you well for your first 5K.

​

This is a 10 week course and is available and takes place at Alice Holt Forest.

​

Thursday 09:30 -10:30 from 24th April at Alice Holt Forest. 

​

The course costs £80.
