Get me started:
The Get Me Started course, designed by England Athletics, is suitable for those new to running as well as runners coming back from injury, illness or a period of inactivity. By the end of the course, you should be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping, preparing you well for your first 5K.
This is a 10 week course and is available at:
Alice Holt Forest, from Monday 9th January 9:30 - 10:30
The course costs £70.

Challenge me:
The Challenge Me course, designed by England Athletics, will help you reach your 60 minute goal and prepare you for your first 10K. Sessions will be varied; we will be mixing up the pace which will help you improve your fitness and increase your speed.
This is a 10 week course, and is available at:
Alice Holt Forest from Tuesday 10th January, 9:30 - 10:30.

Training Sessions for running fitness:
Training sessions to improve your running fitness which will include: speed, interval and hill training, in order to improve your strength, speed and stamina.
These sessions are £8 each but spaces are limited so please book in advance.
