My name is Linda, I am an England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness, based near Farnham in Surrey.

Running is for everyone, regardless of your age or fitness level.

I would like to help as many people as possible, in and around Surrey & Hampshire, to achieve their goals, get fit and improve their running.

Training Sessions for Running Fitness.

Whatever your level, these classes will help take your running to the next level.

Get Me Started Course: 10 weeks 

Prepare for your first 5K with this 10 week course. Suitable for beginners.

I love to run and would like to share that passion with you. I believe that running is a great way to keep fit, both mentally and physically. It is a very accessible sport and open to everyone, which is why I offer a variety of running classes to suit the needs of every skill set. 

I am based in Crondall, in between Farnham and Fleet, but I can travel all over Surrey and Hampshire to meet you for training. Just drop me a message and I can find somewhere to train that's convenient for you.
